Our Mission

JAK Productions is a national leader with over 30 years of successful experience in offering telefunding and public awareness, having represented over 500 non-profit organizations.  Our call center management team has over a combined 75 years experience in the field, offering unrivaled call center expertise.  Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, JAK currently has 4 call centers, with more centers opening in the future to fulfill our client's needs.

We will design a program for you that protects and enhance your name, as well as the names of your donors, by continually monitoring our ongoing outreach. We are dedicated to helping our clients succeed by providing them with the resources they need to realize their goals in developing name recognition and funding.

At JAK we consider our training program one of the most vital components of our business. All agents at JAK undergo an extensive, multi-week, comprehensive training program focused on accuracy, compliance, and of course effectiveness. JAK's representatives are given the tools to treat each potential donor with respect, dignity and courtesy while remaining focused on results. This rigorous program includes an entire section devoted to JAK's procedures to follow the "Do Not Call" regulations and ever changing and many federal and state disclosure requirements. Before ever being placed on the sales floor each employee is tested extensively to make sure they understand and comprehend the information that has been provided to them.

Our training doesn't end there ... Each shift at each call center is monitored daily by managers on site and feedback is given to the TSR's on how to improve their performance. Independent of that process, our Quality Assurance Department listens to a sample of calls and creates a report with a simple but effective rating system which enables managers to easily provide feedback to the agents so that they can constantly improve their performance and also ensure that they are at all times, compliant with all guidelines. All of this is done to meet the expectations of our client. Training at JAK is constant and ongoing.
